How can I sign up to become a Retail Discount Shop Member?

There are 3 easy ways for you to become a Retail Discount Shop member.  First, you can "register" via our order form after you complete a shopping cart purchase on one of our network of affiliate partner websites.   Second, you may call our customer service team at (888) 698-3849 and one of our team members can take your information directly over the phone.  The last and easiest option is to simply go to our website located at www.retaildiscountshop.com and click the "Yes, Save Now!" button on the home page.  After you sign up via any of our 3 signup options, you will receive a welcome email from us confirming your membership and login/password information.

How old do I have to be to sign up to become a Retail Discount Shop Member?

The minimum age to become a Retail Discount Shop member is 18.  We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our web site; however, in the event that we discover that a child under the age of 18 is providing personally-identifying information, we will not accept any such information. If a child had provided us with personally-identifying information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove that information and opt out of promotional opportunities.

How do I search for deals from my favorite online stores?

Once you enroll to become a Retail Discount Shop member, you will have created and received your username and password.  To search for deals from your favorite online stores, simply visit www.retaildiscountshop.com and log into your account.  Select the general category that your favorite online store falls under (Apparel, Jewelry, Sporting Goods, Office, etc.) and search for your favorite merchant.  Or, you may search by your local area ZIP CODE within the members area.  If you do not see your favorite merchants, this means that we do not have any promotional offers or coupons at this time for that particular store.  Please check back with us in a couple days, for we update our site regularly and normally have promotional offers and coupons for over 350 of the top brand name merchants on the web and over 250,000 retail stores across the United States.

Who do I contact if I have a question regarding a specific merchant coupon or promotion?

If you have any questions revolving around specific savings offers found for particular merchants, please contact the direct phone #’s for the customer service teams for each individual merchant found when you click in the specific merchant promotion details under your membership area. Our customer service team handles all of our member’s general questions and concerns and will serve as the quarterback to help you get the answers you need. Please note that for questions revolving around specific merchant savings offers, we will re-direct you to the customer service teams for each specific merchant and they will be more than happy to assist you. From time to time, promotional offers do become expired and no longer active.  We do our absolute best to keep our website as up to date as possible.  Sometimes merchants expire special promotions and coupons without letting us know first.  This is bound to happen from time to time when we are dealing with thousands of promotional codes and coupons every day.  In these instances, please send us an email to customerservice@retaildiscountshop.com and we will look to remove that particular merchant offer from our website immediately.  We do rely on our members to help us find and identify expired offers, for this helps keep our community more accurate for our membership as a whole.  For all questions regarding our Retail Discount Membership program, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We offer potential members a variety of ways to become a Retail Discount Shop member.  One of the most popular ways for members to sign up for our Retail Discount Shop membership program is by "Registering" to become  a memberafter placing an order on one of our network of affiliate partnership websites.  For this to happen, you would receive a registration order form after you complete a shopping cart purchase on one of our network of affiliate partner websites.   If you "register" to become a Retail Discount Shop member, from one of our network of affiliate partner websites, you will automatically be signed up for the Retail Discount Shop membership program.  At that time your 30 day free Retail Discount Discounts membership trial will begin. You will then receive a welcome email with all of your membership details. If you may have signed up for our program by mistake, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@retaildiscountshop.com and/or (888) 698-3849 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How do I receive the $15 cash back reward?

As an added incentive as well as a value added bonus, we provide all new Retail Discount Discounts members with an opportunity to receive $15 cash back on your next online purchase. Shortly after signing up for the Retail Discount Shop membership program, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to retrieve your $15 Cash Back Reward on your next online purchase.  Simply return a copy of your next online receipt along with your Cash Back Reward information found within your welcome email within a 90 day time period.  We will then send you a check for $15 within 4 to 6 weeks upon receipt of your Cash Back Reward information.  You may then use your cash to spend on anything you desire!  If you did not receive your welcome email with your Cash Back Reward details, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime for any reason.  To cancel your membership, please contact customer service at (888) 698-3849 and/or customerservice@retaildiscountshop.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How much does it cost to become a Retail Discount Shop Member?

We provide our customers with a 30 day FREE trial membership to test out our program to make sure that you like it, absolutely FREE.  Once the 30 day trial is over, our Retail Discount Shop membership program costs $12.50 a month, paid $37.50 every 3 months, per member.  We bill our members $37.50 every 3 months on the day of the month from your original signup date.  To learn more about our Retail Discount Discount membership, please review our Terms & Conditions.  Thank you.

How can I renew my membership?

You may renew your membership at anytime.  Simply contact customer service and we will be more than happy to get your membership up and running again.  Please note that our $15 cash back incentive is a one-time offer per member, no matter how many times you may cancel and re-signup for the Retail Discount Shop member program.

I left a message for customer service, when can I expect to hear back from you?

Our customer service hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.  From time to time, all of our representatives will be busy speaking with members or potential members.  If you get a voice mail recording, please leave your name, phone # and detailed contact information and one of our customer service team members will be back in touch with you within 1 business day.  If you leave a message for us on a Saturday or Sunday, you can expect a phone call on Monday.  Thank you.

How often do you add new merchant coupon promotions?

Our team is constantly working to update our website and add new merchant promotional offers and coupons for our members.  We are updating our website daily.  Sometimes, merchants will not update the promotions and/or coupons they release to the public for months on end.  So if you see a lot of offers that may look to be older promotions, this could very well be because the merchant store is not updating their promotions.  If you have questions about a merchants promotions or coupon codes, please contact us anytime.

Is there a limit to the # of times a I can sign in to my account?
